Machine Application & Usege :
-Boiler Tank , Air Conditioning Channels, Sheet Metal Cover.
-Cone Making & other Aluminum & Steel Fabrication, Marine & Ship Building, Pressure Vassals, Wind Mills.
Top roller can do both level movement (move from left to right)and vertical movement(move from up to down).
Bottom roller is fixed. It just does rotation clockwise and counterclockwise.
Pre-bending is achieved by horizontal movement of upper roller and presses the end of plate .High precision pre-bending, freely control the straight side of plate.
Rolling round, it is achieved by means of the motor and reducer to drive two bottom rollers.
Technical Features :
-Bottom roll are fixed and driven by Gears and warm Reduction Gear Box. Top Roll rotates in fixed positions and can be adjusted up & down manually by adjustable screws.
-Housing are made from M.S. Plate of suitable strength and mounted on heavy base frame. Rolls are made from forged steel and perfectly machined for accurate result.
-For longer life and smooth working of machine, Gun Metal Bushes are provide and given sufficient lubrication system.
